Regular volunteer work day – come along for a whole day, or join us for an hour or so!
Practical hands-on conservation work. Tasks vary from footpath improvements and access work, to habitat and vegetation management. All volunteer work days start at 10am and finish at 3pm- make sure you are at the meeting point by 10 am or you might not be able to find us!
Gloves, tools, and refreshments are provided, but please wear suitable rough outdoor clothing, including waterproofs, hat, trousers and long sleeves and sturdy footwear, and bring some lunch and water.

Are you 14 to 17 and would like to volunteer on a work day? Please get in touch in advance with us on nature.reserves@wildsheffield.com so that relevant forms are filled in beforehand and the work day is suitable. If you are 14 – 15 you must be accompanied by an adult at all times. If you are 16 – 17 you will need to have a parental consent form.
