These sessions are suitable for all levels of confidence and are a great opportunity to see some beautiful nature reserves, get some fresh air and exercise, and meet new people. No previous experience or expertise is required, and you can join as many/few as you like.
We will be carrying out some vegetation cutting and litterpicking across the site.
Please wear suitable outdoor clothing, trousers and long sleeves and sturdy footwear, and bring some lunch and drinking water if you’re able to join us for the whole day.
I will provide gloves, safety glasses, and tools and train you in safe use. I can provide waterproof jackets, trousers and suitable footwear but please let me know if you need these beforehand.
We will have 2 breaks for tea and lunch. Tea, coffee and biscuits provided.
I can provide up to £10 reimbursement for lunch and public transport per person per session if provided with receipts. I can also offer car lifts to the sites, if asked in advance.
