Join us at Broadstone Reservoir for a volunteering session carrying out gentle conservation tasks. These sessions are suitable for all levels of confidence and experience – no conservation background required!
We will be clearing scrub onsite. This is a great opportunity to visit a beautiful local wildlife site and learn about the management carried out on-site, meet new people and some get outdoors exercise in.
We will have 2 breaks for tea and lunch (but if you need to take extra breaks just ask!). Coffee, tea and biscuits will be provided.
Please bring drinking water, lunch and outdoor clothing suitable for the weather. Steel toecap boots must be worn – this and other outdoors clothing can be borrowed from us if you ask in advance.
Please note there are no toilets on-site, and in some areas the ground may be uneven.
If you have any questions about the session or are running late please contact Penny at p.kirk@wildsheffield.com or 07563833278.
