Come and join us for our pond themed WILD PLAY adventure. We will be investigating what weird and wonderful creatures live in the pond, plus activities on our ‘Enchanted Obstacles Trail’ and the usual games, exploration and adventure.
Booking: Suitable for ages 3-9 yrs approx. Younger siblings may attend for free with a paying child. You only need to book a ticket for the participating children, but adults must stay too. Booking is essential using the online form on this page. Booking is complete once payment has been made.
Come prepared: The event is 2 hours and is totally outside whatever the weather, so prepare for woodland conditions!
Parking and Meeting: You may park for free in the Forestry Commission car park, located on Woodhead Road (on the left side as you go up the hill). If it’s full you may park on the main road, but do so safely. The Wildlife Trust Leader will meet you in the car park. We set off on our adventure as promptly as we can, so try to arrive on time so you’re not left behind!
The activities take place across the main road in Greno Woods in case you do arrive late.
The woodland is not wheelchair accessible.
